The Dog Days of Summer 2012... Part III

That early summer “heat” we keep talking about... just delivered another litter of lovable little miniature dachshunds last Monday, August 13th! It’s getting hard to keep up with the new pictures and web site updates. Plus, with Image due tomorrow and Agatha due on August 22nd, we’ve got a loooooong way to go...

Congratulations to “Hall’s ‘Sawyer’ Magic Trick” on siring his first litter, and “Bell’s ‘Bijou’ of Dachshund Hall” on her second litter! They are the proud parents of four little puppies that could be longhaired or silkey-wirehaired coats. Unfortunately, it takes a few weeks to determine the coat type so they will be “on hold pending coat type” until that time. Sawyer & Bijou’s puppies should be gorgeous with that “Sniffntells” look as Sawyer’s mother was “Sniffntells Wroyal Magic”. You can see Bijou’s litter in “Dachshund Hall - Litter #3”.

Here’s what Sawyer & Bijou had. The time of birth, colors, sexes and weights are as follows:

*12:37 a.m. - “Braun” a Shaded Cream - Male - 5.6 oz.
*1:38 a.m. - “Bryce” a Shaded Cream - Male - 6.3 oz.
*2:32 a.m. - “Brayden” a Shaded Cream - Male - 3.9 oz.
*2:57 a.m. - “Blyss” a Shaded Cream - Female - 3.9 oz..

We generally upload new individual puppy photos every two weeks.

All of our dachshunds have excellent pedigrees which you can easily view on the “Dachshund Hall of Pedigrees” page.

Our miniature dachshund puppies are sold to approved homes only. We DO NOT ship. We prefer you pick your dachshund puppy up. However, we will gladly arrange to meet you at DFW Airport or within a two hour radius of our home. Delivery is not included in the price of the puppy and will be quoted prior to purchase. We’d like to get to know you so come for a short or long visit any time.
