We’re also excited to announce a third litter due mid-July - Litter #3 is Casper & Piper. These puppies would be ready for their new homes around mid-September. And yes, Casper has been a busy and happy boy.

Barking News ~ Spring has sprung...

We’ve got PUPPIES COMING SOON! Happy New Year to our Dachshundhallic family and friends! We hope the holidays brought you and your four-legged-friends-in-low-places all the best for the new year. We ended the year with a lull in the puppy business after a very busy late summer and early fall. As many of you will recall, we had five litters during that time and sold all the puppies before they were eight weeks old.

So, after a much deserved break, we’re happy to report that we have two litters due on the 19th of March, 2013. Litter #1 is Casper & Bijou, and Litter #2 is Sawyer & Nola. Yappy Franksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in our Dachshund Hall family! That’s “Frieda the Dachshund,” our favorite balloon from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Quite frankly, at 21-feet tall and 53-feet long, Frieda may just be the world’s longest dachshund!

Here’s an update for those of you that were waiting on Casper & Bristol’s litter that was due on November 10th. Bristol delivered three puppies, but sadly, due to complications we lost two, one of which only weighed 2.1 ounces at birth. Even with our best efforts to supplement their feedings around the clock they just couldn’t make it. The surviving female is doing great and already sold so we aren’t posting any photos. At this time we don’t expect to have any puppies available until the beginning of next year. Stay tuned to this spot for announcements about future litters. Ten, Eleven, Twelve...

Would be a great date for an important event in your life... like getting a new puppy. Fall has finally arrived...

Alex says,“rub my belly please.” Even though Fall officially arrived a week ago, nobody told Texas.
